About Dysport®
Dysport is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that smooths wrinkles caused by repetitive muscle movement. It contains botulinum toxin type A, which temporarily relaxes the facial muscles responsible for creating fine lines and creases. Preparation
Preparing for your Dysport injections is typically simple and stress-free. We recommend avoiding alcohol and other blood-thinning medications or supplements for a few days before your appointment. You should also arrive with a clean face, free of makeup or skincare products, in the treatment area. If this is your first time receiving Dysport or any neuromodulator, we will walk you through everything you need to know during your consultation. No major lifestyle changes are required, but following these small steps and any others you receive will help ensure your treatment goes smoothly and your results look their best.
Treatment
Your Dysport appointment will be quick, personalized, and efficient, which is largely why this treatment is one of the most commonly performed at our medspa. When you arrive, your injector will:

Sleeping with your head slightly elevated on the first night can also reduce the risk of swelling.
Results

Results begin to appear within two to three days and reach their full effect around one week after treatment. These results typically last three to four months, although individual experiences may vary. Once the effects begin to wear off, you are welcome to return for touch-up injections.
