Breast Augmentation (also known as Augmentation Mammaplasty) is a highly individualized procedure whereby breast implants are used to increase breast volume and/or change the shape of the breasts. PSS’s Vectra® 3D  Imager  allows patients to explore options—not on models but on their own image—to achieve specific results. New technologies, including injections with one’s own body fat, mean smaller and less conspicuous incisions and faster recovery times.

The Breast Lift (or Mastopexy) changes the aspect of the breasts by lifting them into a more youthful position and reshaping the breast tissue. As in the case of Breast Augmentation, PSS's Vectra® 3D imaging ensures that lifting and reshaping is patient-specific. Breast Lift results are long-lasting for patients who maintain good health practices and avoid significant weight fluctuations.

Breast Reduction is a procedure that removes fat, glandular tissue and skin from the breasts, rendering them smaller, firmer and lighter. Not only does Breast Reduction provide the opportunity for patients to have breasts that are in proportion to their overall body size, but it also eliminates neck and back (and other) problems that are associated with overly large breasts.

Breast Revision is a procedure to correct complications having to do with breast implants. This can mean removing, repositioning or replacing existing implants.

Male Breast Reduction is a procedure to countermand Gynecomastia, the abnormal overdevelopment of mammary glands in men. Whether the result of medical conditions, heredity or simply aesthetic factors, Gynecomastia can be psychologically debilitating for those who suffer from it.
